About a week to 10 days after the slab is poured. -

Yes - most definitely with new slabs. Levels are another important reason for us to communicate with your concreter. -
Are gloss floors easier to clean than matt floors?
Yes, the glossier the floor the easier it is to clean. Matt floors can look a little motley even after they have been cleaned.

The pricing of a polished concrete finish is comparable to the pricing for a tiled floor. -
What tips would you give in order to ensure the job is done smoothly and correctly?
Regular contact should be made between the builder or owner/builder and the concrete polisher to ensure polishing can commence and be completed at the right stages of the project.

We have a 13 year old polished concrete floor. In our high traffic areas, mainly the kitchen, the floor has lost its beauty & is looking dull. Is it possible to re polish a concrete floor?
The approach on rejuvenating your floor initally depends if the original floor was machine polished or if it was a grind and seal job.

Wipe as soon as possible with a damp cloth.
